No service

Anyone had a problem with Virgin services, we have had no broadband, phone or tv for 3 days now

As for people with problems thats why they come here, have you spoken to faults? If so what happened, would be a few days for the forum staff to check things over, made sure all cables finger tight

Sorry to hear this this is occurring. Anything on the service status/outage page that might explain what is happening, virg.in/service?
