ive had no service all day on sim only contract. I’ve updated my phone, reset carrier settings etc. Restarted my phone and removed the sim and put back in and not working.
When I select the network (having taken it off automatic) virgin isn’t even an option on there. I’ve used virgin for some time so not sure why?
Obviously can’t call them and no chat facility

possible the cell tower is down.. could rule that out by travelling a few miles

You could ask around as to whether anyone else you know who is on EE or any of their various MVNOs has any signal problems.
