Does anyone know what the actual issue is, with the service in the Chalfont area in Buckinghamshire?

I’ve had no service for over 4 weeks now, and have only been a customer for 6.

Anything reported on.....

1) Try the “check service,”Area status webpage" (link at top right of this forum)

2) Then also try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues down to street cab/ postcode level.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our Community.

Sorry its not on happier terms that you have needed to contact us.

Right now we have an SNR issue that is logged under reference number F010046112.

This will be causing slow and intermittent issues connectivity issues . 

We plan to haver this fixed by the 24th at the very latest.

If its still an issue after that, please pop back on here and we can check again.
