No on demand catch up or wifi

2 green arrows flashing on router tried switching off and back on but no difference. I have no WiFi on demand or catch up. Anyone got any ideas.

could be caused by all manner of issues, network failures, damaged cabling, signal imbalance etc etc.. could check for regional faults via -> https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status or could give faults a call via 150 / 0345 454 1111 since would be close a week for the forum staff to check things over.
