What home network? You rent the Hub and TV boxes - and for whatever reason you dont now - so they been deactivated - whats wrong with that - assuming the reason foe deactivation is genuine ?

In regards to the free view channels being cut off, these are free on free view as that's another platform. However with us they're part of the package and if there's an overdue bill then all channels would be lost I'm afraid.

I had contacted virgin to say payment would be made a day late, so what they do they restricted my services the next day when I was making payment!! Problem with that was I was using my home network to transfer data (pc/IT engineer) which made me lose data!!
