I'm not sure what exactly has happened. Could you go into more details around the symptoms you're seeing? I've got a feeling this may be a SIM card issue so its worth if possible testing the SIM in another device. If it fails to work in another device we can get a new SIM card to you.
I had put the sim in another device and it worked fine. The battery on my phone had run out so after a couple of days trying things like turning on and off.... airplane mode etc I then let the battery run out naturally overnight. Plugged in again next morning and boom got my service back. So still in the dark as to how it happened but everything seems fine now.
