My broadband and tv are both out, the service status says there is a fault but just sends me around the same loop to check cables and restart.
How do I actual get somebody to help, is there a customer service number that is being answered now or an email address? Tried the chat several times and no response from any real persons!

Are you experiencing no service at all, or having intermittent connection on both TV and broadband? You can run some self-care at home checks on our TV Faults page, as well as our WiFi diagnostic page.
