Can somebody help me pleesssseee

ive not internet at all today. I’ve reset router. Done all the online tests checked service status and say no faults yet still no internet. Can’t find a contact number to ring from a mobile as my landline hasn’t worked for months.

Check the hub status at 192.168.0.1

ring VM on 0345-454-1111

I am sorry to hear you've been having some issues with the service.

I have taken a look at our systems and, at the time of writing, can see there are short term downstream signal levels issues which can cause an intermittent connection or partial service due to network impairments. I'll drop you a PM so we can arrange for a technician to come out and check things over.
