No internet service

Have no internet access at my home (account no. ***********), the whole M33 area has no access. Need to know when is this going to resolve, it is more than 2 days now ? Also how is virgin media compensating for this loss ?

My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

On internet portal - No issues in that area

On phone (automated message) - performance issue

Representative: There is issue in the area, should be resolved by 12th November (earlier it was today 6:00 PM).

So when is this going to resolve, 😞 no idea.

Sorry to read you are experiencing loss of broadband service.

 

I can see from your account that you called in to discuss this further.

 

Your router is showing as online with devices connected. Is the internet now working ok for you?
