I have no internet at the moment. When I login to the router it says ‘access denied’ next to the up and down arrows. I’ve read a few threads about this and it may be something to do with a faulty cable or something. When I called VM they wouldn’t talk to me and just said that there’s a fault in my area and it’ll be fixed in a week. I know that’s not true and I know this problem is different. There’s no fault on the service status at all. And every body else who has experienced this had to have a technician come out but they keep saying it’s a fault in my area. I know that if I wait a week it still won’t work.
