My internet and tv has stopped working and I can't get onto the service status site as this is also saying the page is not working ... sk164 area is there a fault in my area.

There was a fault reported in your area on the day you posted. This has since been closed as resolved.
Your connection is showing as online with devices connected. Is the internet working ok for you now?
