Hi, I'm getting no internet or tv service and the hub has flashing green lights. I've checked all cables and tried switching off and on again. No faults have been reported in the area. I tried calling but was holding for aaaages...
Keep trying on the phone, it can take a week for them to get to you here.
Welcome to the forums, I am sorry to see you have been having trouble with your connection.
I have taken a look and it seems you are affected by fault ref F006586705 for issues with the connection in the exchange. This has now been resolved and the connection is looking good from this side.
