Our internet was down all day yesterday and still is today. When we called support yesterday we were told it's going to be down for a week, which seems absurd.
Is anyone from support able to confirm that this is correct? We're in the n16 area
Join the club. Mines been nearly two weeks and this forum is being flooded with complaints since the firmware update wrecked it.

No broadband fault appeared on that link. I called again yesterday and was advised that it affected a small area nearby and again was told it could take a week, however it seems ok now
