Got told internet would be fixed Friday at 6pm. It’s now Sunday and still nothing. When you ring customer service and enter your area code we get left with a automated message saying we know there’s a fault, but can’t seem to get through to anyone. I have a autistic child in the house and we don’t know what to tell them as they attempt to smash the house up. But I bet you want our money on time right?
