No internet for 72hrs so far

Got told internet would be fixed Friday at 6pm. It’s now Sunday and still nothing. When you ring customer service and enter your area code we get left with a automated message saying we know there’s a fault, but can’t seem to get through to anyone. I have a autistic child in the house and we don’t know what to tell them as they attempt to smash the house up. But I bet you want our money on time right?

Faults happen. If VM know about it they will be working to fix it.

When a network outage is identified our team will do everything possible to resolve this as efficiently as possible and to keep disruption to a minimum. There may sometimes be situations when the complexity of the issue can result in a delayed to the estimated fix time.

Hi thanks for your reply, no changes yet.

managed to talk to someone today who just repeated the automated for me 😂. But looks like we are down till at least Thursday now. Looks like we are going to have to just wait.
