No internet at all

Hiya,

Unfortunately, my internet is completely down (wired and wifi).  Hub 4, showing a white light as normal, but can't connect.  Have tried restarting the hub which didn't fix the issue.  I've tried following the troubleshooting guide on the website (via my phone) but I can't even get through that fully - various pages don't load properly so I can't get to the end and actually speak to anyone!

Any help much appreciated!

Hi @ElNombre14 

Have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.

If nothing is showing  you could also try the  Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
