No internet - Update in progress

Hi, I haven’t had internet connection the whole day. When I log in to the router (Virgin Media 3.0), it says “Update in Progress”. It’s an absolute hindrance. Anyone knows how to get the internet sorted?

Welcome back to our Community Forums! Thank you for your public post and sorry to hear that you're having some broadband connection issues!

Have you taken a look at our Service Status page or given our Automatic Service Line a call on 0800 561 0061 to see if there are any listed local outages that could be impacting your services at the moment?

Can you tell me if this issue is impacting your wireless as well as your wired connections? What light is showing on your Hub at the moment?

You can also take a look at our WiFi Faults page to see if this can help. Please take a look and let us know how you get on. We'll be more than happy to help further if needed.
