Hi all,
My broadband connection died this morning. It's area 21 / SW17. I have called customer service, and I have been told that there are some issues and that they'd monitor the line for 4 hours and let me know. Unfortunately, I am in desperate need as my wife and I work from home.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don’t think they will actually "monitor your line". Best to call and
Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page http://www.virginmedia.com/servicechecker although this only covers large outages.
