Hi,

I posted a question (Multiple Short Connection Losses Throughout the Day) and got a quick reply telling me how to find and post some technical info. I did that, after a few attempts) and marked the reply as helpful. And it's been silent ever since. No further replies or comments.

Wondering if that is because it now shows as answered - which it is not. Should we not tick a reply as helpful until the problem is actually solved?

It takes 2 to 3 days for a VM staff member to get to the post from the date of the last entry.
