No connection- Hub3 - green lights

Hi there. Today my Wi-Fi connection has been disconnected suddenly. I couldnt fix whatever I tried. There are two green Lights as arrow and Wi-Fi signs and a red phone sign on the hub. Do I need call a technician and will I pay any charge for fixing this issue? If any easy way please tell me thank you so much. I added a photo about lights
