Hello,
I ordered my virgin media WiFi self set up kit on Sunday and received an email to say they would contact me with my contract and confirm a delivery date, which was meant to be today. I have not yet received any confirmation emails and think this is ridiculous as I am working from home and need my WiFi as soon as possible. Can’t get through to any of your helplines also as you need an account number which I don’t yet have. Can someone please help me with this
