No confirmation email

Hello, I signed up for an internet package on the 30th December. I haven’t received any confirmation of this apart from an email with pre contract documents which I read. 
On the email it says the router is due to be delivered on the 3rd January 2023, but I’ve heard nothing and don’t even know where I’m up to.
Please could someone help with this?
