M20 is fine - so its probably a local fault not an Area one. Do as Dave suggests if you want quick updates

I'm really sorry to hear that you've been experiencing intermittent connection.
I've run some checks on your modem/network segment and there was a fault ticket open for SNR issues ( F006699466) which can cause the connection to drop out at times. It's been resolved now but if you experience any further issues please let us know.
