No broadband- again

Virgin Broadband was down in our area, SE21, all day yesterday, and has since been largely down with some occasions when it has been back on. Virgins automated message claimed yesterday morning that the engineer knew what the problem was and was now fixing it. Does anyone have a contact number to speak to a person rather than hear a machine to try and understand what is causing such a desperate problem.

You can speak to a customer services agent by pressing random keys when you hear the recording, BUT VM will never reveal what is the cause of any error situation.
