Why is it taking weeks to fix broadband issues my broadband works then does not then works again then does not worked for last 8 days thought yeah al fixed now gone off again it’s like the sun turns up works when it feels like it
been told it’s complex issue and they are working on it just fix it once for all. So fed up going have leave sorry guys fed up now
I had put my details ie phone number area and it’s was a automated answer saying it was a complicated issue and they were trying to fix issues in this area nd are sorry for continued interruptions to internet
Yep my broadband going off most nights now I’ve tried contact virgin and make a complaint and had automated response saying it’s a technical issue but been going on for weeks and getting worse this is really a poor service I’m getting for the money I pay I knew I should of never left British telecom , I hope someone can help me to get this fault fixed I’ve been patient guys 6 weeks now
I am sorry to hear that it is taking longer to fix the fault. some faults do take a bit longer depending on the complexity of the issue, sometimes we may have to wait for permissions from the local council to carry out any repair work.
