No WiFi now for 3 days in Southsea any one have the same or any updates ?

Hey IDS67, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about your phone line and WIFI not working.

I have taken a look at our side and I can see there an outage in the area which is due to end later today at 18:30.

I can also see you have spoke to the team recently who advised.

Then you say WIFI do you mean your internet connect? If it's your WIFI then as a temp solution connect to the hub with some Ethernet cables as a short term solution. 

Yes no Broadband or Internet the router just flashing green.

Search just says problems in the area but 3 days is getting a bit much now

Have you tried turning the hub off wait 30s then on again or even resetting the hub? I presume you have a hub 3?

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level.
