No WiFi says access denied

Hi got up yesterday morning to no internet, which with 3 kids you can imagine is a nightmare. Recently upgraded to 350 and 3 days later not working rang customer service first time spoke to no one they just did tests and said ring back in 30 mins .I rang back an hour later had to wait twenty mins on hold to be told it's a problem in area will be back on in 24 hours. 24 hours later still no internet!! Whenever I try join it just says access denied anyone any ideas thanks.

did you get a new Hub? do you currently have the Hub3?

where are you seeing the error. is it when you try and connect to the wifi? or are you getting the error from somewhere else.

can you try a wired connection to the Hub from a PC or laptop and see if that works. Sounds like a wifi problem rather then internet

Hi I've put I player on virgin box and yes it works so looks like it is a wide do problem . What can I do ??

before we assume that is the tv box a tivo or a V6?

Tivo have there own modems but the v6 uses your internet.

If you can't see the wireless on any wireless device i'd factory reset the hub and see if that works. It its still not showing on any device after that you might need a new hub
