Hi,
I am on 1GIG deal, and have dead zones in a few parts of my home.
Last week I tried calling but ended up using the text service and chatted with someone, and they confirmed I needed the wifi pods, and part of the communication was this:
"Since you contacted me here, I quickly went ahead and processed the brand new wifi pod which will be delivered at your doorstep within 3-4 business days with simple instructions to plug in and play, it will be absolutely FREE of cost as well for you and today within 4 business hours you will receive email/text with the delivery details of the pod as well."
This is now a week later and I never got any email or text confirmation of delivery details, nor anything in the post. Tried calling with not luck connecting to anyone today..
Can a VM staff member please help?

Hi again, so.. after a long wait, I was able to finally got hold of someone and would seem the person who sorted the delivery... did nothing at all.
I have now got a delivery of the sky pod. I guess better late than never.

I believe Yodel deliver for VM, If you get no response here go to Yodel webchat and they'll check if there are any scheduled deliveries to your house via postcode. Who ever help request the tracking number.

I apologise for any delay caused here - I can see from the system you've since been able to speak with someone from the team and they have arranged for these to be delivered. Please let me know when you receive these.
