Hi, got a Superhub 3. Been out at work today and got back to no internet connection.
I’m getting a solid green WiFi symbol, green solid light and a green flashing two arrows intermittently. Also got flashing arrows on my TV box which is connected via Ethernet. None of the online suggestions work. TV signal’s working fine so the cable’s are connected fine.
Run all the online checks to no success, I think I need to get an engineer booked to visit but Virgin Media’s Twitter account said I should post here.
Living in E17 in case it’s an issue to the local area.
Any ideas?

try calling 0800 561 0061 to see if there's a local issue affecting your services.. if not, best thing to do is call it in first thing tomorrow morning - lines open at 08:00 - 0345 454 1111 (or 150 if you have a virgin phone line).
