Hello, my hub 3 power light has been flashing green since last evening. I did all the recommended checks but nothing seems to work. Anyone else experiencing issues (I am in London, Southwark) or does someone know what I should do to get back online? Thank you

I'm really sorry to hear of the issues that you've had recently, we had some known issues in your area of London on Thursday and Friday of last week.
I have been able to locate your account and can see that the area issue have now been resolved. Are you still having any issues today?
