No Wi-fi 5.0

Live in WA16 and have not had the 5.0 signal for 48 hrs or more just 2.4 is there a problem in the area? Thanks

The 2.4 and 5 GHz bands are controlled by your hub, it’s nothing to do with anything in your area. Could possibly be a hub problem. Are wired connections ok?

What Hub model is it? Have you looked in its settings to see whether the "disable 5GHz Network" box has somehow become ticked ?
