No Service

Hi, I’m a new customer of around 3 weeks and am experiencing my second extended Network Outage.. The last one lasted over 48hrs. Is this normal please?? Was previously a sky customer for around 10 years and only had small issues very rarely and were generally fixed pretty quickly.

starting to wonder if I’ve done the right thing 🙈. Trouble is I’ve binned sky completely so I’m Virgin or Internet and Tv so I’ve literally got nothing.. If this is what I can expect on a regular basis I think I’ll be reverting back to more reliable service.

p.s. I know it’s a network issue as a few friends from the area are all experiencing same issue. Any tips or info would be welcome 👍🏼

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page status, but this is not recommended as it only covers issues that affect a very large number of customers.

Thanks for reaching out to us @Eynon101, and a very warm welcome to our Community Forums!

We're terribly sorry to hear of the local area issues experienced, that have come so early into your time as a Virgin Media customer.

Referring to the local area, there are no issues currently present, but do please come back to us if you are continuing to experiencing a fault with our service.

Sadly we're not exempt from local area faults, but we can assure you that we will always do all within our power to have the fault at hand resolved as soon as possible.

Thanks
