No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out

Posted other day regarding drop outs on my network and I've checked the Router logs and it looks like this is the problem!

How do I get this fixed!?

You need to post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors as well.  Both Downstream and Upstream please.

Consider setting up a BQM  www.thinkbroadband.com/ping

Once done we can comment.

Some amounts of T3 time outs are common on cable, as its part of the WAN DHCP renewal process.

Thanks for posting on our community forums. Sorry, that you're currently experiencing issues with drop out with your internet services. 

As our valued member @Adduxi has mentioned, it would be helpful if you could post your network logs so we can take a look at what is happening behind the scenes.

Remotely checking from our end, our systems are showing as everything is as it should be, however there may be a slight downstream power level which we may need to check further for you.

Please let us know if you're able to post your logs, and we can assist you further.
