No RF signal detected

Currently have a No RF signal detected error have tried all the normal troubleshooting and everything is plugged in correctly very annoying.

havave  you tried rebooting?

Have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.

If nothing is showing  you could also try the  Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

Hey 1993Stagman, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to see you are having some connection issues.

I have run some test on my side and everything seems to be working as it should do.

The levels are in very good condition.

How has the connection been since Monday, any improvement at al? Thanks
