After I log in to the settings page there does not appear to be an option to select Modem Mode?

Do you, by any chance, happen to be in the Republic of Ireland?

Yes….

This board is for UK residential users only. You want VM Ireland.

@Schmicko although @Tudor is correct in that the staff here won’t be able to help you directly, I can tell you exactly what the issue is. By default the VM provision in Ireland provides an IPv6 address and uses a technology called CGNAT, which without going into the details makes it impossible to use modem mode.

But what you can do is to call VM there are ask to be moved to an IPv4 provision, now assuming that they do it without too much fuss, your hub will reboot itself and when it comes up, the modem mode option will be back. What you will lose is the IPv6 addresses, but that’s probably not too much of an issue.

Ah - Apologies and also thanks for the steer!
