No Internet since upgrade to Hub 5

Hi

My laptop has lost the wifi signal and ethernet since I have upgraded to hub 5 box. My laptop cannot see the wifi signal and when I connect using a cable its not showing. Is it to do with the 5ghz?

can someone help me please as I cannot connect and virgin CS not helping

Just your laptop? Or other devices?

just my laptop, is it to do with 2.5ghz and 5ghz?

i am thinking its more laptop related as if your other devices are connecting to the hub 5, and running normal it does seem your laptop side.
