Yes all working now but it took multiple phone calls to to VM before an engineer was sent out to fix the issue. Engineer was excellent and located the issue to noise on the link. Previous engineers had put a noice suppressor on my connection in the fibre cabinet as a quick fix years ago so I've been suffering with poor speeds because of this. The issue was the drop from the pavement to my house, engineer ran a new cable and everything now is working well.
1. VM customer services - don't tell me there is a problem in the area when it's just a damaged cable to my house.
2. VM customer services - send an engineer out when I first ring up avoiding no internet for days not 3 days later!
Engineer was great, customer services room for massive improvement.
