No internet since 10th July 2018 in BR6 area 20. Spoke to customer services in India who said it was an SNR fault and would be fixed by 17th July - 1 Week !!!!!!!!
Virgin Media broadband is hopeless. Taking a week to fix a fault is totally unacceptable and indicative of the extremely poor broadband service that VM supply.
The iPhone states broadband service is good in my area - ha ha ha ha ha VM very funny!!!!!
I am now moving over to BT as I can't stand the rubbish broadband service VM give. I'd advise everyone else to do the same and don't waste your money with VM.
