Hello I need help, I have green lights flashing,No service for 12 days, I called virgin no one helps. I need assistance ASAP or I will cancel Virgin and report you for fraud. I didn’t agree with the issue not being solved on the contract. Constantly getting message saying the network issue in my area has been solved. I still suffer with no internet. Virgin media even cancel a engineer to fix the problem. I’m tracking everything down,phone calls, misleading customer service, lie after lies. The report is building up. I want this issue solved
