No Internet / Pixelated Screen

Hi, Service has been patchy for weeks (Internet & TV) Died a death today, no Internet and fully pixelated screen since 5.30am, have tried twitter/phone, but no use. Soft and factory rests completed on Hub/Tivo with no joy, any ideas? TW2 postcode (currently C130 error code)

Have you called the local area faults line on 0800 561 0061? 

Hi, yeah - got a stock 'Intermittent issues in the area' still out this morning

Yeah, all sorted now, had an engineer out who identified it as a network issue.
