No Internet Connection but WiFi connected

Hi,

 

Since joining Virgin Media I have connectivity issues.

It happens on multiple devices, where they can be connected via ethernet OR wifi to the router but they just say "no internet" . Resetting the router does not work, nor does resetting the device. It appears random when each device will eventually connect. This has been affecting ine and my wifes working situation for months now.

 

Please help.

Deffo reboot to zero the counters and see how quick they build!

Noise ingress or bad power levels can cause this - either of these will need an engineer to investigate / fix!

Power levels all look fine though!

Hi - thanks for reply.

 

i do not know how to do this. Also doesnt that pose a security risk adding the details on here.

Go to 192.168.0.1 in a browser and click router status below the login box. The logs are there.

And no the MAC address etc. is filtered out when pasting as text.

If not then you can wait for a forum rep to respond which will take 5-10 days.

ok finally got in. When I pasted it seemed to leave in MAC so I manually deleted. 

theres definitely something going on.

Morning!

 

I will try to find those and post - the issue is intermittent but today the TV and laptop have stopped connecting.
