We had a power outage in our area (PO9) this afternoon. Following that our broadband and TV service will not work. TV is fixed on BBC1 and cannot access any menus, superhub cannot establish an RF connection, so no Internet. I am wondering if something in the street cabinet has failed. I have rebooted 360 box and factory reset the superhub.

Update: after around 7 hours the modem achieved an RF connection and we have full speed back.
