The base light of the modem is flashing indicating there is not internet, all cables are correctly plugged in the modem. 

Support from Virgin Media urgently required

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150

I'm sorry to hear you're having some connection issues. Are these ongoing today? If so, can you expand on the situation?

What model of router do you have? What colour are the lights on your router and are they solid or flashing? Are any known area impacting faults being reported on our Service Status Dashboard at the moment?
