No Broadband 2G Yes but no internet

Working from home. Been left with no internet. Working at midnight. But in the morning, flashing green arrow. No chance of technician. Left high and dry.2G can be picked up, but no internet.

Are you able to get a connection on a device connected to the Hub by ethernet cable?
As well as the “check service,” weblink there is also a Service Status number 0800 561 0061 which usually tells you of local issues, down to postcode level (that might even not yet be listed on the Service Status web page) that may give you more info.
If nothing there... call it in and they will test your connection.
