No BB in DY8 area?

Hi.
BB stopped working about 20 minutes ago. No help from phone support (151). Have rebooted the hub4 - still has solid white light.  Can anyone help me to check if it's an area fault or just our router?

Following on from previous post. I've just tried the reset button and the hub4 just remains on solid white light - no change in lights (colours or flashing), so I'm guessing even that's not working. 

Any ideas?
