VM hubs use a combined SSID by default. You have to set up the separate SSID. View screenshot no. 7 here

titled 'WiFi configuration'. Add a _2 to the SSID for 2.4GHz and add _5 to the SSID for 5GHz then save the changes. Security should be WPA2-PSK.
