Hi I just plugged in my first Wi-Fi pod a few days ago now and it’s not showing any lights. I’m assuming it’s now working away quietly?
is there anything I need to do or not to do? For example I’m I still allowed to reboot my home hub 4 every 4-6 weeks as usual to refresh it? Would that ruin the Wi-Fi pod? How about if I have to reset the hub to its default settings? Would that affect the Wi-Fi pod?
also can I safely leave the Wi-Fi pod switched on at all times? Do Wi-Fi pods need rebooting like home hubs? If so how?
and is there anything else that I need be aware of regarding Wi-Fi pods in general? I just want to know as much as possible because I read that others had issues with their Wi-Fi pods. Thank you

You don’t need to do anything. Rebooting the hub or the pod with reset one or the other from working.

I didn’t fully understand what you said. Did you mean if I reset my home hub the Wi-Fi pod will stop working?

No. Do whatever you want and the WiFi Pods will be OK.
The only things you can’t do are put the Hub4 into Modem Mode, create separate SSIDs for the 2.4 and 5 GHz WiFi bands or disable channel optimisation.

That’s great. Good to know I can reboot the home hub without any hiccups to the Wi-Fi pod. Thanks for confirming that. I’ll make sure to keep those settings too. Thanks!
