New router required

My router is now 3 years old and needs to be restarted at least twice a day because connectivity keeps dropping.  I've had it tested via VM on the phone and they say it's fine however the problem still can't be fixed. I believe it's the age of the router causing the issue.

How can I go about ordering a new one?
