Hi Virgin Team,
I set up a new Wifi last Tuesday and received an order summary, order reference: CH2009662987
I later received a "gone away form" on Thursday. I waited the 48 hours in here for an update and didn't receive anything. Our router was due to be delivered on Saturday 07/05/2022.
Can I please have a status update for the order and when I should expect the Contract to start and the router be delivered.

Update - This has now been resolved and i am please to say the order is back on track.
