So I've received the new hub 5, got everything up and running but cannot get it to transmit a 5ghz signal. I've seperated 2g/5g with seperate names, rebooted, full reset all with no joy. The smart wifi option is greyed out but think it's irrelevant when the signals are separated. I think it must be a faulty hub? Spoke to virgin on the phone twice who can't answer the issue and told to just leave it 48 hours, it's been a week now.
