New customer HELP

Hi 

we’ve just come back to virgin - had everything installed yesterday and had nothing but trouble with this hub 3. Can’t get hold of anyone to speak to and the text service is horrendous. The WiFi is dipping in and out although the hub is on and hasn’t showed any error messages. 

Last night the v6 box wasn’t connected however today it is. 

Before I go mad can somebody help or point me in the right direction as to what to do with this WiFi

The wifi on the Hub3 can be poor for some people. There are lots of things you can try in order to circumvent the issues - just scan the posts on here.
However, if your network connection is good - ethernet connections are fine and stable - then you may be better served by putting the Hub in modem mode and using your own router and wireless equipment.

Thanks for reply .... after 3 days of trying to contact virgin they are coming out, there is a fault so hopefully will be sorted in time for weekend
