I received a new Pod yesterday and it initially seemed to connect ok but has lost connection today.
I have logged into the Hub 3 on my browser and all the settings are correct.
I can't identify the Pod on the connected devices and customer service cannot help at all with any Pod related queries and just told me to unplug and replug over the next few days, they couldn't even tell me what the Pod should show as on my connected devices.
Any idea what I can do here please?
