New WiFi Pod not connecting

I received a new Pod yesterday and it initially seemed to connect ok but has lost connection today.

I have logged into the Hub 3 on my browser and all the settings are correct.

I can't identify the Pod on the connected devices and customer service cannot help at all with any Pod related queries and just told me to unplug and replug over the next few days, they couldn't even tell me what the Pod should show as on my connected devices.

Any idea what I can do here please?

Connect the pod in the same room as the hub.

Send the pod back and say it didn't work then get your own better wireless router with 1Gb ports and use the hub in modem mode.
